Since our last newsletter, we have discovered our first jackpot winner of 2006, and it was a doozy of a win! What a way to begin the New Year! I made a $200 deposit and started to play one of my favorite games, "Lucky Stars". After winning fairly consistently at a minimum bet of 50 cents per line and I decided to be brave and try my luck at the maximum bet of $2 per line. Almost immediately I hit a row of 7's for $200! Then a row of sevens came up along with the option to hold any rows you choose. Don't you know I made sure to hold all 3 rows so that I would get another $200! Almost every spin was a win, even if it simply kept me breaking even. I was hitting 3 stars on my board so often that the bonus spin was showing up every dozen spins or so. On the bonus spin you get your winning line times 10! Several times I hit grapes and my $20 win became $200. One time I hit bells and my $40 win became a $400. And in the meantime the 7's and the stars just kept on coming. I was living up to my member ID and had stars in my eyes for sure. The 3 stars are nice enough when they hit the board randomly and go toward my bonus spin but you should have seen my eyes light up when I hit 3 stars across the top row at the maximum bet of $2.00. My account increased by $600 in the blink of an eye. By the time my streak ended, my original $200 had turned into over $1600!! I think 2006 is going to be a very good year for me. It's in the stars!
